Business Model
Sinclair Pharma enters the healthcare product cycle
after the initial high-risk research phase. The company focuses
on acquiring innovative products that are late in the development
cycle, have intellectual property (IP) protection, or can be IP
protected. Sinclair targets products that are undervalued, and applies
regulatory expertise to gain registration for these products so
that their commercial potential can be unlocked.
The products are then commercialised in two ways:
 |
Sinclair has built up a network of reputable
marketing partners that spans 82 countries. Strong sales growth
has been seen through working closely with these companies,
and this network is still expanding. |
 |
We are also focused on achieving additional growth
by developing our own sales and marketing organisations in selected
major territories. This will allow Sinclair to have greater
control over its brands, and to achieve higher margins. These organisations are now established in France, the UK, Italy, Spain and Portgual. |

Sinclair Pharma now has approximately 150 employees. A breakdown of our presence is shown here on page 3 of our Annual Report.
