Corporate Development
Sinclair Pharmaceuticals was transformed in 2000 by a management buy-in, and its continued growth has been underpinned by acquisitions of both intellectual property and companies.
Sinclair now has a dedicated Corporate Development team, which provides support to Sinclair's senior management in the identification, screening and valuation of acquisition candidates, whether products or companies. Corporate Development also forms part of the wider Sinclair team taking forward potential acquisitions to the point of completion and integration within the Sinclair organisation.
Corporate Development also manages divestment of non-core assets.
