Sinclair Pharma Plc has previously acquired and developed products and technologies in the key therapeutic areas of dermatology, oncology support (supportive care/palliative care) and oral health.

We are interested in in-licensing or acquiring new products or technologies in these areas, however we will also consider opportunities that will take us into new markets.

We are imaginative in assessing opportunities. We will look closely at those that offer potential patent protection, address unmet clinical/commercial needs and are well differentiated from existing products.

Existing clinical data is an advantage, however we will also consider products or technologies at an earlier stage of development and whose commercial potential has not yet fully been explored.
