Alieksiéi Carrijo, MD

Dr Alieksiéi Carrijo is a graduate of UFU (Federal University of Uberlândia) – Medical School (2001). He trained at the University of Alfenas School of Medicine where he completed a 2 year residency of general surgery. Dr. Carrijo continued to further his training at the “Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Santos” Hospital where, after 3 more years, he completed his plastic surgery residency and also a fellowship in plastic surgery with Dr. Ivo Pitanguy at the “Santa Casa de Misericórdia do Rio de Janeiro” Hospital.
Dr. Carrijo has been a certified member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery since 2008.
In September 2017, Dr. Carrijo became a titular member of the Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery after presenting his academic work on “Lipoabdominoplasty” to an examination board of plastic surgery experts.
Until 2016 Dr. Carrijo was head of his section of Plastic Surgery and Burns at “Sepaco” Hospital in São Paulo.
Since 2016, he has also been a member of the ASAPS (American Society of Plastic Surgery) and he trained as a forensic doctor (coroner) at “Universidade de São Paulo” Medical School (2013).

Dr. Carrijo is the founder of “Clínica Carrijo” in São Paulo, Brazil which was established in 2008.
He has trained numerous physicians on Silhouette Soft techniques for face and body both in Brazil and internationally.
Dr. Carrijo is the Medical Manager for Sinclair Pharma in Brazil. He is also a member of the Medical Advisory Board for Sinclair Pharma and an international speaker for Sinclair Pharma.
In January 2018, he participated in the International ISAPS, Fresh Cadaver, Aesthetic Dissection Course on Facial Anatomy and Rhinoplasty in Liége, Belgium.
